Florida. 138 days. From Jacksonville to St Augustine to Daytona Beach to Miami to Key Largo and all the way to Key West. From the Everglades to Fort Meyers Beach, Sanibel, Sarasota, Tampa, Tallahassee and Destin. Not to mention the many place in between. We didn’t see it all, but we did see a lot. We fell in love with the long legged birds, the pelicans, burying owls, iguanas and even the gators. We walked miles of sandy beaches, explored raised wooden walking trails and even tropical forest paths. We did city tours and saw historic forts, a lunar eclipse, and so many beautiful sunsets. We got a new RV, a Jeep and a couple of bikes. You have been warm and wonderful Florida. But it is time to continue on.
