Happy Howie! I have met all kinds of new friends here at Escapade. This is one of my favorite new friends.
Howie was was rescued from a poor environment. He suffered a spinal injury as a puppy and has no feeling in his back end. He is not in any pain, and through physical therapy learned to “spinal walk” when he is not in his wheels. He doesn’t let his disability stop him from enjoying a happy life!
