We LOVE summer concerts put on by the city. We loved them when we lived in Dana Point, California where we attended every one. We seek out summer concerts in cities all over the US.
Tonight’s show was great with tons of people dancing from teenagers to senior citizens, including a crowd surfer and a circle up by the audience during their last song (which we always do when we are at a @statuscrowes show.). Tonight’s last song was..Purple Rain.
It was fun to watch the crowd of 50+ highschoolers singing to songs I was dancing and singing to as a high schooler.
Love small town Thursday Nights.
