The Painted Desert is a part of the larger Petrified Forest National Park, located in northeastern Arizona, USA. This slice of heaven spans over 93,500 acres and is renowned for its stunningly colorful landscape. The name “Painted Desert” couldn’t be more fitting, as the terrain is a living canvas of reds, purples, pinks, and oranges that stretch as far as the eye can see.
