We heard about Puerto Penasco’s “Rodeo Drive” from an expat we met at the craft market yesterday. It is a street with shops like you find in the Malecon, without all the vendors constantly trying to sell you “come in, take a look, almost free, good price for you, give me a chance…”. On Rodeo Drive, it is a little more calm with less haggling. We had a chance to visit with the shop owners. Mauricio here learned how to carve his products from his grandfather who lives in Mexico City. He makes these out of lemon tree wood.
